KB Webshop is designed to provide you with the best high fashion experience on the Internet. All deliveries and services shall be performed according to KB Webshop’s terms and conditions. Unless KB Webshop has expressively agreed to the validity of the terms and conditions in writing, we will not recognize any provisions of you which conflict or deviate from the terms and conditions.
Kamilla Belmont care about etichs and work conditions, and we are proud to say that we only work with factories that are cerified with QMS ISO9001:2015.
Please note that we have made every effort to render color accurately. However, due to the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, the color and/or representation might not be exactly the same as that of the actual item. We strive to present the most recent and reliable information on KB Webshop. However, there may be occasions where items are in limited editions and therefore they may not always be available. All prices on KB Webshop are given in Euro and include VAT, unless you select a country in the checkout from which you should not be subjected to paying a sum inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs are included in the price. All prices are subject to change. Please note that some shipments may be subject to duties and taxes once entering your country of choice. In order to make purchases you have to be over the age of 18. KB won’t according to Swedish law accept any credit purchases to people under the age of 18. KB have the rights to deny or cancel any purchases if given false personal information or if the costumer have payment defaults.
When ordering items, you will be requested to provide us with your payment details. It is your responsibility to provide valid and correct information and that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Purchases made on KB Webshop are for the personal or gift use only. Re-sale, commercial purposes, or any other commercial benefit is prohibited. KB Webshop reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any customer or postal address.
The contract between you and KB Webshop begins once you place an order. When placing an order at KB Webshop, we will send you an confirmation to your email address. Please note that you have to provide us with a valid email address in order for you to receive an electronic order confirmation. When placing an order at KB Webshop you accept the legal terms and conditions provided by and set by KB Webshop.
If the item you have ordered is out of stock or does not meet our standard of quality, we will notify you by email and refund your payment within 30 days of being advised that the item has become unavailable.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are, for example, unable to obtain authorization for your payment. We also reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to cancel any order not accepted, accepted or in transit, if there is a pricing error. We strive to always display correct information on our website, but do accept that occasionally, errors happen. In the event of such an occurence, we will contact you as soon as possible, to tell you of an eventual cancellation and the price change.
Please note that you always have a 14 day return right, should you not be satisfied with your article of purchase.
The prices are given in SEK or Euro and include VAT, unless shipping destination is changed at checkout to a destination supposed to not be charged inclusive VAT.
Please note that shipping is not included in the price displayed in the shop, but is calculated as an extra charge. The shipping cost will be included when you check out your selected items. Please note that depending on where you choose as your shipping destination, you may be subjected to duties and taxes once your article of purchase is entered into your country of choice. These are not calculated as a part of your purchase. Your credit card will be charged once you check out the items and the electronic order confirmation is sent to you. We will process your orders once we receive a receipt of your payment.
We respect your privacy and your data will no longer exists in our system once the purchase is complete. All transactions are processed by Bambora, who enable secure online transactions.
We strive to keep your orders as well as payments as secure as we can, however, in the case that a third party reaches unauthorized access to any customer data, we will not be held responsible for any loss on your side.
All orders have free shipping.
All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is complete. When the items leave our warehouse you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Although our couriers do strive to achieve the below delivery schedules 100% of the time, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within the estimates delivery times.

We are a proud Swedish located company but are happy to be able to ship internationally, please see below for more details on delivery information.
Our Nordic delivery service includes Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Iceland and Finland.
We also deliver to over 200 countries worldwide and currently offer an International Delivery Service which includes USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and United Arab Emirates.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?
Depending on the value and weight of your order, your KB parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
Please note deliveries may be made any time between 8:00am and 8:00pm (Excluding Saturday/Sunday). Please try to ensure that there is access to the delivery property during this window, however if you are not at home, our couriers will attempt delivery to a secure location or leave your parcel with a neighbour.
Return and Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item, you may return the item within 14 days from the date you received the item from us. We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused and with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.
We cannot refund the original shipping costs. In case of doing a return or exchange, you are responsible for returning the item yourself. Please take note of how returning an item may incur a charge, depending on where you ship your item from.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take up to thirty days from when we receive the item at KB Webshop to completing the refund process before it will appear on your bank statement.
Due to health regulations, styles that are worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. The product must be returned in it's original package. Bikinis and swimsuits must be returned with the plastic protection for sanitary reasons. If a swimwear product have been used, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
To make a return please follow these steps:1. Contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you with your return.2. Keep in mind that you are responsible for ensuring that the product is well protected in transit back to us. Pack the item well. The product should always be returned in the original product packaging. Use the package the item was sent in for the return. If you do not have this packaging, it is okay to use something else. Therefore, be sure to save these boxes, at least during the 30 days of withdrawal and open purchase. Please let us know that you want to make a return and we will send you the shipping slip by mail at a fixed cost of 69 SEK. You can also send it yourself by mail, just remember that you are responsible for returning. We recommend that you send your return as a mail package or recommended letter, both of which are methods that can be tracked and make sure to save the receipt!
If you received an item that doesn’t fit as you intended don’t worry you don’t have to refund. You can simply contact us and request to exchange for a smaller or bigger size should we have it in stock we will reserve it for you.
You can also exchange for a different product of the same value. Should you decide you want a product that cost more than the item you have paid for you will just have to pay the difference.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email [firstname.lastname@example.org] within 14 days of receiving your product to begin any exchange process.
Final Sale Items
If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.
Claim rights The right of claim covers goods that are incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. Customer who wishes to make a claim, should contact KB as soon as possible after the fault has been detected, using the contact details provided on the site. Complaints that are made within two months of the fact that you discovered the error are always considered to be in timely matter. You have three years of right of complaint on goods purchased on the site.
When the product is returned and the complaint is approved, KB will compensate you in accordance with the current consumer protection legislation.

KB Webshop respects your privacy. We handle your personal information in a respectful manner. We are responsible for all personal information given to us by you, such as name, address, and other obligatory information needed when registering as well as ordering at KB Webshop. KB Webshop will not pass on any of your personal information to third parties.

While we of course strive to display information as correct as possible, there sometimes occurs misprintings and faulty information on our website. If this happens, and it should affect your purchase in any way in the forms of, for example, pricing errors, faulty garment informations, or the alike, we will inform you as soon as we notice, and amend it. Please note that we reserve ourselves the right to cancel any order, in transit or otherwise, that has been sold at an incorrect price.
In the event of an event that stands outside of reason for us to control, for example, riots, natural disasters, industrial actions, impossibility to use any means of transportation, any regulations or legislations that take restrictive action, from a governmental body, et cetera. In the event that a Force Majeure should occur, we reserve the right to cancel or not fulfill the contract that has been established between KB Webshop and the customer.
